Fever for neonates should be monitored. Get it checked by thermometer.. Clothing and improper feeding are the commonest cause. If it persists even after that, u can visit..
Next Steps
get it documented and visit Pediatrician

Dear parents, You have to differentiate between cozy warm &warm (hot), all babies as they are wrapped remain cozy warm. Get a thermometer &measure the temperature, above 99degree, consult a near by paedtrician.

It is unusual for a baby this young to have fever. It's not due to vaccination. Make sure the baby is not wearing too many warm clothes and check the temperature. If it is above 99F kindly consult a neonatologist or pediatrician
