I recently noticed a brown patch on my scalp which is: brown, circular, NOT raised, flat, not itchy, not painful, and not tender, and measures around 0.5 cm probably. The skin over the patch is slightly dry and rough. It wasn't present a week or so ago and was only noticed by me yesterday. Please assess image. Is it a melanoma? Do i need to get a biopsy done for it?

Hi there..
Pic is not clear so cannot say it is not a melanoma but judging by the regular shape, it does not appear to be.
For best outcomes please 📥 clear digital pics and perhaps a simple Dermoscopy test may be in order & then decide if a biopsy is required.
