Newborns sometimes till 6 months can pass motion 10-12 times in a day and once in 7 days also. Both is normal. Colours can be different too but yes can take help of doctor if anxious or in doubt.

Hello. It is normal for newborns to pass 10-15 times motion in 24hrs until it is not completely watery or profuse in amount. Sometimes, they may not pass motion for a week. So, both extremes are normal.

It is normal usually. Only need to worry if it is very watery. Small frequent stools are normal at this age. If baby is gaining weight, nothing to worry about. He will adjust in a few days
