She is almost 3 years and she refuses to eat and to drink water.. she cries and screams when ever its meal time or water break in school.
She was always a fussy eater but now she does not have any interest towards food,buscuits, etc...
She feels weak and often complains of head ache and leg pain in the evening. pls suggest as i m extremely worried

Mam i would suggest give her albendazole syrup 10ml
Once in every 3 months till 5yrs age.also give enzyme syrup.if possible use syp bestozyme pediatric 2.5ml thrice daily.give small quantity feeds frequently.
Avoid monotony.
Prepare a schedule for a week.
Give her a colourful plate spoon and glass of her own.
Avoid tv and mobile while eating.
all these r few tips to increase appetite.all of them worked for my child.but it does take some time have patience.
