I am a 26-year-old male having recurrent episodes of neurological-type symptoms:
• right-sided heaviness/“weakness” feeling (hand and foot more noticeable)
• dizziness/light-headedness
• mild head pressure
There is no objective weakness — I can lift my arm and leg, walk normally, walk on heels/toes, grip objects, and do fine finger movements. Strength and coordination appear normal, but the right side feels achy/heavy.
These episodes do not start suddenly like a stroke and usually last for several hours.
History:
• 2024: similar episode → CT brain normal
• March 2025: severe episode → MRI brain normal
• Symptom-free for months, now symptoms have returned since yesterday
