Throat tightness n other symptoms

Asked for Female, 26 Years

From the past 2-3 days I am experiencing throat tightness and light headedness along with sweating,hands trembling and heart pounding ,whenever I am worried about something or scared.i feel as if I am not able to breathe .I have pure ocd but never had such symptoms before.what is this ??
