I have been prescribed both Neurobion Forte and Zincovit for general tiredness and muscle twitching and poor diet . What is the difference between the two and does neurobion forte cause yellow urine and is it safe to consume in such cases?

Agree with Sachi.. If you have done your blood tests and are deficient in Vit B12.. Know when to stop.

Neurobion is a b complex supplement does cause yellow urine due to pigment present
Zincovit is a multivitamin which has b vitamins as well so I don’t understand why is nuerbion given separately
Take for few days only and ask the DR when to stop
