A tingling sensation, nerve is having some issue..attached is the NCV test report. Please advice what to do next?

We need investigate it further. What caused it. It could be anything from diabetes to vitamin deficiency and lot of other causes including paraneoplastic syndrome or alcohol abuse. Treatment is Find the cause and treat the underlying condition.
