4 yrs ago i was affected by hemorrhagic stroke.. Bt now my problem is dizziness all time..lost balance..my blood pressure is normal..

If you had stroke in cerebellum area of the brain. It is possible to have dizziness and ataxia. Check your MRI for repeated stroke and get a new MRI if your last MRI was 4 years ago. Use cane or a walker for now. And get physio therapy for strength and balance.
