Consult a neurophysician. If nerve palsy is involving eye muscles, then consult an ophthalmologist/ neuro-ophthalmologist. Yes, nerve palsy can be treated at home. That decision can be taken by the treating doctor after establishing the cause of palsy & assessing the patients condition and severity.
