It's unlikely that a tablet we prescribe without a detailed history and examination helps as we need to Localize the symptoms to make a correct diagnosis and treat.

to help understand better, I suggest you consult once. Meanwhile, paracetamol in whatever brand available will give some relief for pain if liver functions are okay.
