Nephrolithiasis and Hydronephrosis
Hello Doctor. This is regarding my father. He is 70 years old and has been diagnosed with renal stones in both the kidneys. On 9th of this month, his right kidney stones have been removed through PCNL. On 19th October, he got this pain in right abdomen and some other symptoms. Loss of appetite, no motion, difficulty walking and plump right abdomen. USG report says two stones are still there in right kidney and he has Hydronephrosis with calculus in right pelvis. Creatinine 3.8 What is next?
