Thank you for writing to us. Child rearing in itself can be stressful at times and then managing daily chores and other responsibilities too can be extremely overwhelming. Even after having one or two children people often feel clueless about parenting the new baby. Doing the same things repeatedly can cause boredom, making one feel like there is nothing new happening and cause mental fatigue. Just like our body, our brain too needs exercise that can be in the form of seeking new experiences. Of course, we cannot change our life but there are definitely some small changes that we can incorporate into our lives to combat boredom. Try to imagine who you were before you had a baby and you were managing these responsibilities, note down what used to give you joy, who used to make you feel good, and then try to incorporate at least one such joyful activity into your daily routine. The activity can be as simple as having a cup of tea. Sometimes we get so caught up in the outer world that we lose a connection with our own selves. Therefore, try to reconnect and discover yourself. Life events impact our personal selves, so try to engage in self-reflection. And if this doesn't work out for you, there is always an option of reaching out to a therapist.

The stress faced by the mothers are not so easy to handle. You need to discuss what you feel with you husband or any of your relatives or friends. Handling a baby and doing the household jobs is nothing less that 24hour job. So you need to spend some quality time with your near and dear ones. Consult a psychologist to share what you are going through.

Hi, I know it must be difficult for you to handle the baby's needs and the household chores as well. You must be feeling tired and exhausted daily. I understand your situation. What you can do is in a day try to make half an hour for yourself, and do what makes you feel happy and calm. The thing that you wanted to do or earlier you did and enjoyed it. Try taking out half an hour initially and later you can increase the time as well once you get used to the half hour slot. For more you can consult me on my number: eight nine one zero two five six nine seven two. I hope this helps you and makes you feel better. Thank You

Hello.. I understand your situation. Sometimes you may get lost in devoting time to your family though devoting time to family is not bad at all, you must take some time out for yourself it may be some hobby, career ,a part time job may be an online platform. In case this doesn't work out or you need to speak to someone about it, please feel free to consult a psychologist. Please remember your happiness does matter.. Take care

It seems like you are lacking self-care. You are doing a wonderful job caring for you baby but you need to do the same for yourself. The pandemic has been very difficult for all of us and staying at home gives us much less chance to be outside and recharge ourselves. You can benefit from therapy to help you cope with your thoughts.
Next Steps
I would like to hear more in detail about your experiences. You can reach out to me and we can chat about it.
Health Tips
Make a list of things you enjoy and try giving yourself a small section of day. These can be little things like taking a nice shower, just scrolling through your phone, painting your nails etc.
