First of all congratulations on your motherhood. I understand your concern in terms of your health. If you are lactating mother now, then it is recommended that you should take nutritious small n frequent meals. Milk, nuts, fruits and vegetables.if non veg then eggs, fish or lean meat daily. Have Home-cooked foods. Avoid too much spicy n oily food. Drink lots of water.
Next Steps
Keep doing light exercises by not overstressing yourself. You increase the intensity over a period of time after 3 months onwards your surgery.
Health Tips
Once your baby starts weaning n you are little off from lactation, then you start concentrating on weight loss diet more. Since you already feeding, that will also help you lose your weight.
