Need to reduce the sag that is formed post preganancy. Also need to reduce the fat that is formed in thighs.

I need more parameters like height and weight etc. To lose fat and tone you will have to follow good exercise routine. Fat lose doesn't happen from a specific area but is overall. Eat healthy. Have more fruits. Drink lots of water. 2 green teas. Don't skip breakfast have a light dinner.
