I weigh 80 kg...i need to loose weight before my cousion's wedding in june.i cannot go to d gym due to my schedule and d gym is no where near my place...please help!

What is your present height weight and age I can help u with weight loss of 4-5 KGS in month. That too permanent one no medications or supplements with diet and exercise only.till June I can help u with 12-13 kgsweigjt loss. Ping me for counselling
