Need to loose weight
I am weighing about 85 kg now, need to bring it down to atleast 70kg or less within a month.

Hello, Increase in weight can be because of many reason: 1. PCOD 2. Endocrine disturbance ( thyroid/ Diabetes) 3. Psychological problem 4. Low metabolism rate 5. Stress 6. Effect of medication 7. vitamin deficiencies. You have already mentioned about thyroid. You may have more of above problems. Losing so much weight within a month is not good for the body and isn't considered healthy. It may affect liver and kidneys. So unless you are doing it for some emergency like surgery or some medical situation, don't go for such drastic weight loss. Normal weight loss via diet in healthy way is around 4-5 kgs per month which depends person to person, given the health parameters. You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
