Want to loose my weight
Hi...My weight is 93kg the only fat collected is in my tummy area ...i want to loose weight atleast 10-15kg ...what should i do for that ?? I need a vegetarian balance diet as iam pure vegeterrian,due to over weight iam having some bp issues also ...my dr ask me to loose weight...Kindly suggest me

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals .Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

Hi I can plan your diet but I can't plan it here without knowing your diet schedule, time schedule and medical history. You should meet me or any other Dietician for a personalized diet plan. Always remember it's not just a weight loss journey its a lifestyle change which you can adapt for life long.So learn under d expert For a while you can follow the following tips which may help u to some extent : 1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat. DISCLAIMER : If u have any other medical issue then tips will change in that case. No particular diet works for a particular area.So you need to do tummy exercise with a low calorie diet. Its always a combination of 70% diet and 30% exercise.
