Hi, Your ideal body weight range  should be 77-80 kg, which is near to your present body weight. Our body   is mainly made up of two kinds of mass- muscle ( protein) and fat. If any one wants to be healthy and fit then needs to reduce fat mass and develop muscle mass. This can possible via proper balanced diet and thorough exercise. Exercise helps to burn fat mass and develop muscle mass as you want. So to get that one you should follow balanced diet and combination of exercise. If you follow balanced diet then obviously you will meet needs of your protein from your food, so no need to take supplement.
Health Tips
Include egg, chicken, fish, dahi/ yoghurt, soyabean, pulses, diff kind nuts, sprouts etc which are good source of protein.

Hello! Your weight seems to be in the normal range for your height and age. Loose muscles are a sign of physical inactivity. Drink 3 litres of water daily, add fresh fruits and raw vegetables, take a hand full of nuts & seeds, start daily exercise to tone your muscles. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan and check if protein supplement is required.
