Need To consult regarding tuberculosis
Hi, My father is suffering from MDR TB from last 3 months . At the same time father also have diabetes . Currently we are undergo with a govt medicines . the issue we are facing with the diabetes. Its very hard to control diabetes at same time. Father is on insulation twice in a day . Kindly suggest sir.

Increase the insulin dose according to sugar levels, continue govt treatment only. Increase protein rich diet. Give plenty of oral fluids without sugar.
