Need the right way to treat
Had an acl sprain 2months ago and dislocated kneecap 1month ago. Doing physio and exercise, still unable extend my knee while sitting and put pressure on it or lift the leg by it. I'm able to walk and stand properly though but can't climb up n down stairs.

You should see some Orthopaedic surgeon who deals in arthroscopy and sports medicine. Listening to your condition it seems to be a condral lesion of patella and possibly a ligament tear which stabilise the patella as many times in patellar dislocation the associated injuries are neglected.
