First of all you need to know is this only you who has fluorosis of teeth. If not, then it may be quality of water which you ppl are having, is the reason.
Once you got fluorosis of teeth no reverse process you can go for cosmetic dentistry treatment to manage. You can avoid consuming fluoride in any form to protect further.
