Need some conclusion
I have few lymphnodes from few years in my cervical and recently few popped up in armpit so I visited multiple onco surgeons and hematologist and went through multiple tests as below: blood tests , tons of sonographies, did a US Guided FNAC And finally excision biopsy(HPE, CULTURE, GENEXPERT) Everywhere it's reactive lymphadenopathy. Finally after all these tests I am still clueless and no conclusive result. So can anyone tell me what to do next because all docs told me just leave it and concentrate on normal things. No symptoms, only has some fatigue.

You are a 35 year old young man with fatigue and multiple lymphadenopathy. We need to look at your histopathology report in detail.
Next Steps
I suggest PET scan, Bone marrow aspiration and  peripheral smear for further evaluation since your disease seems to be progressing over time.
Health Tips
Your diagnosis is still pending. kindly complete the workup. TC

If all reports are negative, then you should neglect it. If you develop fever, night sweats, loss of weight then only reinvestigate it
