Need medical note
Hello,
I have allergy due to 7%eosinophilia and migrane, asthma. Now my job is taking calls through headset from last 1 year but from last one month my migrane pain is increased and I don't think so I can able to take calls so can someone give me any medical note stating that I will not be able to take calls to submit to my office

For how Long you are suffering from Asthma and Migrane?
If you are not under any medication, I should advice you to take bronchodilators like Budacort Inhaler 2puffs twice day (specially at night during sleep and I'm morning after waking up) along with Levocetrizine & Montelucast composition tablet 1 tab twice a day and for the migrane you must visit your local physician and he can also give you on paper medical advice to take rest and you could submit that to your office
