TI- RADS 3  means the nodule is benign  in nature. Chances of TI-RADS 3 to become cancerous is very very low ( 2 in 100 ) Diagnosis: Doctors can go for FNAC if malignancy suspected Treatment options: 1.Weight and watch with regular examination 2. Drugs if thyroid function deranged. 3. Surgery if compressing the surrounding structures which is causing difficulty in breathing and swallowing

Hello welcome madam Thyroid gland nodules becoming to cancer is depends upon many factors 1) Duration of thyroid swelling ( how many years) 2) fine needle aspiration biopsy report 3) ultrasound report 4) thyroid hormone status 5) Running in family 6) Radiation exposure in child hood
