Thyroid nodule on both lobe of thyroid
My brother have thyroid nodule on both lobe of thyroid gland. On is solid and other is cyst. They enlarged in size.
His tsh level is .09 t3 is normal and t4 is 16.54
Dr recommend medicine neomercazole and inderal tablet. But he getting low grade fever 100.4 at every evening last three weeks. Please help me out in this regard how he has getting fever at every evening.

Will need more history. Could have subacute thyroiditis due to a viral infection. Medication will help the thyroid.
For fever take paracetamol and if any history and other signs then do a covid test. Lots of cases in Karachi
