Dear Doctor,
Since I'm vegetarian and vitamin B12 and vitamin D on lower side can i take take supradyn tablet daily one dose would there be any benefits or disadvantages

Supradyn will help to some extend. Check ur vitB12 and D levels in blood. Don't take any medicine on assumption. Daily exposure to snlight minimum 30 mts help a lot.

Good supplement tablet. But better take some multivitamin tablets,rather than single vitamin supplement which will provide you with multiple daily vitamin required for proper general health . For further help. You Can consult.
