I just wanted a little help.
I'm 20 years old, and it has been quite some time now that I've been facing excessive hair fall. I come from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, and so the weather here is very humid, and my hair is naturally very thin, so hair fall in this weather is not new to me. I've also been through a lot of mental and physical strain since March 16 of this year, because of which I had also lost a lot of weight and have not had a good diet ever since. Also, I had a hormonal imbalance (as diagnosed by my obgyn) and was put on nostra-cr 15 for 20 days beginning from May 25.
What has been my concern is that for the last three times that I've washed my hair, including today, I've lost a considerable amount of my hair, and that's something that's been really stressing me out.
Therefore I'm here to seek help from you.
I'd love it, if you'd help me know what's actually wrong with my body.
