Little bit vomiting immediately after feed is called regurgitation .one to two  small spitting in a day  is perfectly fine . Please don't rush with medicine . First try good burp post feed followed by positioning the baby in right or left lateral position for next 20-30 min before putting in supine(face up) position .

Domstal is for vomiting and digipen drops is digestive enzymes. If child is on mother’s milk and spit it out small quantity its normal no need to give any medicine. Just do burping more. But if child spits out more and child is losing weight or urine is low then you can give medicine for vomiting and more frequently breastfeed.
Next Steps
Consult pediatrician online or in person at clinic for detail evaluation.
Health Tips
Exclusive breastfeed till 6 months. Give more frequently breastfeed if child is having vomiting and diarrhoea. Watch for urine output.
