Need a complete diet plan
Hi, I am organizing a tour for my family and friends together(approx 10 in number) where we will visit Nilgiris and will follow a good healthy diet (minimal junk and oil, mostly natural)throughout the stay(2 days long). We would be visiting places there and would be engaging into various recreational activities.

Thanks for your good question. I do not know the nos of age group, food habits,state of culture so I can guide u properly. Over all try to v home made cereals based foods with some dry based protien food products like 1 boil egg,banana,apple,orange,guava,mix vegetable based foods, chapati, small rice with it. Take some dry fruits,some rice flakes,idly,yogurt, all cereals based foods must finished within 8 hours from preparing from home. Over all dry foods,little warm,fruits something hygeinic ,fresh,always recomded. U can take good ready made south INDIAN foods as said.these r always fresh ,well cooked.
