Hi sir...I hav neck stiffness from past 8 days...I took injection. ..medicines prescribed by doctor...still d pain is not reduced. ...I am not able to get up from bed by self...I need sum 1 support to hold me...and thn get up...even while slpg I am not able to take d position of slp bec of this neck pain.pls help me

There would be a lot of spam in ur ms n would be weakif u have a persistent pain plz visit ur nearest physio

Hello there. What medicines have you taken? Consult a orthopedician and get a xray and MRI cervical spine done. Repost the question with the reports or consult a orthopedician with the reports. Also take a physiotherapist's opinion. He will prescribe a few neck related excercises. Hope you get well soon. Regards
