My wife is suffering from pain around neck-shoulder area from last 1 week. Iodex gives a temporary relief, but not permanent. What should be the right course of action, any suggestions pls?

that's due to cervical muscle, trapezius strain and spasm , take hot or cold pack if pain doesn't subside consult orthopedic surgeon it requires muscle relaxant
