Neck pain travelling till shoulder.
So there's this neck (Trapezius muscle) pain that she's suffering from since last 2 weeks only on the right side. Earlier we thought it's because of wrong sleeping posture so we took care of that, I even got her a orthopaedic neck pillow. But the pain returns during the day in the office so much that her shoulder ( right side Deltoid ) has also started paining. Massage to the neck and shoulder before Sleep give temporary relief only till the extent that she gets a sound sleep but during the course of day the pain returns. Kindly Suggest as to what should be done.
