Neck pain left side
Dear sir few days my neck or shoulder pain in left side , i visit physiotherapy three days but neck pain radiyate to left upper chest comes and goes bp is normal, suger normal,lipid normal please suggest any medicine pain in upper left chest and neck . Cervical pain radiyate to chest left side yes or no please

Hello Sir, your neck pain needs further evaluation? Is it associated with any jaw pain, sweating or pain at the back? Any awkward sleeping n sitting posture? Any trauma to the neck/shoulder?
