  4. Neck Pain & Left hand. In back pain?

Neck Pain & Left hand
I have pain on left side of my Neck from past couple of weeks & now left hand has also started to pain. Pain in left hand side keep shifting below shoulder to elbow. No shortness of breath, sweating or numb sensation, in last two days i did felt some pain above my heart/nipple when i bend my head. Could you suggest if i should see a cardiologist or a expert in back pain ?
