I had neck pain and upper spine pain from past 3 months while studying, I had attached xray. is it ok?

• Back/Abdomen and Neck muscle strengthening exercises • Watch for increased Pain/Fever/Weakness in Limbs, Bowel/Bladder. If present, follow up with the nearest hospital • Spine ergonomic instructions-Avoid forward bending, and ground-level activities. To sleep on a cot with a firm mattress, Sit on an ergonomic chair/Table for work, take a break every 45 mins on sitting jobs, electronic device to be placed at eye level while getting up from lying down position, turn to one side and getup. Avoid jerky movements.

X-ray wise, no bony abnormalities seen. Any radiating pain to upper limbs and kindly detail on the history Neck pain: Physiotherapy: Neck strengthening exercises, USG massaging and Interference therapy . T. Retoz MR Po 1-0-1 for 10days T. Pan 40mg PO 1-0-0 for 5days. If ur having radiating pain- then start on T. Pregabalin-SR PO 0-0-1 (hsod) for 15days.
