I have got pain in my neck for about 15 days. When I try to get up from bed after sleep, unable to move my neck/head upwards.

Hello there Have you taken an xray of your cervical spine...please upload it here if you have. Do you get tingling/numbness/pain in hands or arm? Apart from upward movements...are any other movements of neck painful ? Do get back with answer to above questions for proper analysis of your problem and treatment plan. Regards
