Neck pain dizziness
Have a neck pain for a few days, also have some tightness in throat, dizziness and mild nausea. Feel feverish and feel like lying down. Sometimes get a mild head ache.

U may be having a cervical spondylosis.. U should do a X-ray of cervical spine and get consulted with an orthopedician..
