Neck pain circulating
It's been 10days I m facing mild pain all over head, neck region,ear region, shoulder n some time back...pain is circulating... Feel some time lifting or doing activities trigger the pain...since 2 month period is coming late?? I had also issue of constipation so I started taking softovac powder now My constipation is okay...I m worried about it pain...

Is the headache severe or neck pain . It has to be cleared. Neck pain can be to muscle or disc problem. Headache can be to sit to anything but it looks like migraine. Warning signs of headache are it shouldn’t be continuous, associated with vomitting, decreased vision, or associated with fits . So get an evaluation done if it’s affecting daily activities
