Neck pain at right side
I always face a problem of neck pain in the right side, when ever I lift a weight or sleep in wrong position.

Hello there we understand your pain. It is quiet common to have neck pain if you sleep in wring positions and also while lifting weights if you lift them in a wrong way. The correct.sleeping positions are supine and left lateral positions. To lift a weight you need to make sure that you neck should be straight. For the sake of pain you can gently massage it with a ointment and apply heat pack for 10 mins for 3-4 Times a day to three day it would be enough. Thank you
