Hello there we understand your pain. It is quiet common to have neck pain if you sleep in wring positions and also while lifting weights if you lift them in a wrong way. The correct.sleeping positions are supine and left lateral positions. To lift a weight you need to make sure that you neck should be straight. For the sake of pain you can gently massage it with a ointment and apply heat pack for 10 mins for 3-4 Times a day to three day it would be enough.
