  4. Neck pain and swelling. Of them or not?

Neck pain and swelling
My wife had neck pain from past 2 years and there was swelling at back of her neck. One of the Doctor suggested Pentanerv tablets and after 6-8 months it was fine. Now again she is having same pain and we dont remember the tablet name whether it is Pentanerv 100 Mg or Pentanerv NT. Could any one of you suggest whether we can use any one of them or not?

• Hot fomentation x twice daily. • Neck Exercises. • Neck Stretching. • Postural Correction. • Shoulder Shrugs . • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Take frequent Breaks at work
