Neck Pain and stiffness
I have neck pain and neck stiffness for the last 2 years. I Had tried pain killer tabs muscles relaxant tabs for many time and i undergone 2 times for physiotherapy treatment but its give only short time relief only. But now a days i heard some sound when i make movements in neck and scapula. Kindly suggest which treatment i suitable for me and also which specialist doctor i want see.
