Information is not enough. A detailed assessment to be done first. Spinal pain can have many reasons. Incorrect posture, history of fall, uncomfortable activities leading to pain, lifting heavy weights, etc. You should get yourself evaluated first by an orthopaedic or a physiotherapist or even a physician. Proper diagnosis can be made only after that.

Spinal pain could be because of multiple reasons, first you need to correct your posture, specially if you are doing a 12 hr desk job. Plus some stretching and strengthening exercises, you need to consult the therapist and understand the proper protocol. Meanwhile take hot fermentation!

Spinal pain can be caused by many reasons, however, if you provide an in detail information then we could help you better,like exact location, intensity, duration, type of pain, etc.nevertheless,at present REST is the best medicine with hot packs and some basic topical creams like volini gel or myostaal gel.
