Neck pain and back pain
I am.having some pain in my neck probably due to incorrect sitting posture would like to resolve this and take corrective steps to prevent any possible neck and back problems

Sir, You need to correct your posture and will have to exercise on a regular basis in order to keep your muscles strong while you sit for long.correcting the posture without maintaining consistency with your exercises will not give u the desired results..
