It is mainly due to your professional activities and it can be managed easily..If the pain only in the back and neck it is usually due to muscle spasm..
Take adequate break in between your work and stretch your muscles and start doing back and neck muscle strengthening exercises..
If the pain persists consult a neurosurgeon and go for complete neurological evaluation and follow his advice

So you told that you work ten hours in front of lap top. Seems like you know the cause of your pain. The body hates being still and mauls it's system if not moved in variety of ways. You must stand up every two hours and start bending your back backwards as much as possible. This must be done for ten times. Same way you also have to do in lying position. It is like doing Bhujangasana. If these two exs are done regularly, the back will take care of itself. Neck pain is always tricky. You must consult a physio for exs. It varies based on your pain level and the freeness level of your neck.
