  4. Neck and back pain since 1 month. Pls!

Neck and back pain since 1 month
I am a software engg, I have neck pain since 1 month, because of neck pain I am getting headache and back pain, i showed to doctors they gave me some tablets but it's not cured. Can u suggest me some treatment pls

Neck and back pain are commonly due to poor posture and muscle spasm. If it is not responding to regular anelgesics, then there could be something deeper inside, may be something pressing on the nerve. You should take rest for a few days, try some physio. If pain still persists then consult a Neurospine specialist.
