Neck and back pain
I have started feeling numbness and tingling and cold in my body few days back and from yesterday i am having neck pain and pain in shoulder wings seems like it is starting of cervical. Could someone please suggest what steps i need to take in initial stage. Can it be cure in initial stage ?

I agree with my colleagues. Get a vitamin B12 and D3 checked, and x-ray cervical before consultation.
