Having pain in right neck and shoulder. Sometimes my right hand is also paining. Currently I am under homeopathy treatment

Neck pain with shoulder involvement occurs in Cervical Spondylitis with Trapezitis It can be due to wrong posture; inadequate sleep or weak neck and upper back muscles Get examined yourself from a orthopaedic and he will help you find out the cause and treat it
