Nausea in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I m 8 weeks pregnant and taking Folvite Active, Doxinate, Thyronorm (25mcg) medicines. For nausea , I have been prescribed 2 tablets of Doxinate at bedtime. Is Doxinate tablet safe to use during pregnancy and also can I take Anardana goli for nausea and in what quantity and frequency? Plz reply.

Doxinate is safe in pregnancy. Sorry, but since i am not an ayurvedic doctor i cannot comment on Anardana goli.
