My wife is 7 weeks pregnant,doctor suggested doxinate for morning sickness, is it okay to take 3 tablet a day?

Yes doxinate is a totally safe medications and can be taken upto 3 times in pregnancy. However if she has too much problem she cn take syrup digene 1tsf twice daily also.
